A new generation of industrial mill now makes it possible to grind whole logsdirectly into the desired particle size in a single step. This technology represents a major breakthrough for industries such as pellet production, where several processing stages can now be eliminated.

The mill is designed to handle logs up to 600 mm in diameter and can process both wet and dry material without compromising the quality of the final product. Theo nly mill in the world. The result is a precise and uniform fraction that is directly suitable for further processing, such as pellet manufacturing.

For pellet producers, the solution enables a significantly more efficient production process. Instead of multiple separate stages for chipping, grinding, andfraction sorting, the correct raw material structure can be produced directly in a single processing step. This reduces both investment in auxiliary equipment and ongoing operating costs.

The mill has been developed with a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. Through optimized technology, energy consumption per ton produced is minimized. At the same time, the simplified process contributes to lower total energy use throughout the entire production chain.

The machine has a capacity of up to 15 tons of dry matter per hour, making it well suited for industrial facilities with high production demands.

With its robust design, high capacity, and ability to produce the exact required fraction directly from logs, the mill represents an important step forward toward more efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective bioenergy production.
